TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. All goods remain the property of Mountain Creek Jewellery until amount owing is paid in full.
  2. We offer a full refund or exchange on any manufacturing faults and workmanship.
  3. All initial accounts are Pro Forma, after this, a 30 day account will be given. Failure to pay within this 30 day period will result in all future accounts reverting back to a Pro Forma basis.
  4. A 2.5% monthly interest charge will be applied against any overdue accounts.
  5. Any accounts exceeding 60 days will forfeit the right to any returns or exchanges.
  6. We will exchange stock on the following conditions:
    • all stock returned must be highly polished and coded, ready for resale.
    • returned items will be credited at original invoice price, unless it has since been discounted, and then the discounted price will apply.
    • the exchanged amount must not exceed 25% of the next invoice total.
    • any items made to order are not eligible for exchange.
